INPRAXI LAW team has successfully completed the process of repatriation of Epson in the framework of current changes in the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding the activities of foreign companies in Ukraine through its separate divisions.
The project team, led by Managing partner Vladyslav Volynets, included senior associate Yulia Tomko and junior associate Vladyslava Voloshyna.
Epson is part of the diversified Seiko Group and is engaged in the production of printers and ink cartridges for them, as well as industrial equipment and electronic components.
