INPRAXI LAW acted as a legal counsel to private investors in connection with the acquisition of a Ukrainian company, which is part of a multi-jurisdictional business structure that owns the rights to the betting software.

INPRAXI LAW provided full legal support during the comprehensive inspection of the seller company, ensured the transfer of software rights from developers to the customer, as well as coordinated the process of approval and signing of documents and registration actions. This transaction will bring the Ukrainian betting industry, which was legalized in 2020, to the next level.
