INPRAXI LAW team has successfully represented ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih in a dispute with a State Tax Service of Ukraine.

The subject of the claims was to appeal the tax notice-decisions on budgetary VAT refunds in the amount of UAH 4.27 million. according to one of the declarations of the enterprise.

By the decision of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv, which was left unchanged by the decision of the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal, the tax notices-decisions were declared illegal and canceled in full.

The courts confirmed the validity of the client’s declaration of budget reimbursement of VAT amounts. The interests of business with foreign investment in the dispute with the state are protected.
