The INPRAXI LAW team successfully defended interests of Rengy Development group of companies, which is engaged in investment and development of renewable energy projects in Eastern Europe and the CIS, in two simultaneous court proceedings with the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate of Ukraine and has proved the legality of the construction of new solar power plants by the Company.
