Roman has over 10 years’ of hands-on experience as a litigator representing both domestic and foreign companies in courts and advising on various aspects of commercial, corporate law as well as tax and banking law. He has considerable experience in disputes where state and public authorities act as counterparts.

His out of box thinking, excellent legislation knowledge as well as practical experience have allowed many companies to avoid imposing multi-million dollar tax fines.

Roman is the author of articles, columns and expert comments for business media NV.business, Ekonomichna Pravda, mind.ua, the Page, Interfax Ukraine, AgroPro, ICTV and specialized legal media: Yuridichna gazeta, YurLiga etc.

In his new role Roman Kobets will be responsible for further strengthening Tax and Dispute Resolution practices. In the future, he intends not only to protect the interests of Ukrainian business, but also to make efforts to reform the tax service.
